At Ranch & Rein we ship quality Western tack and saddles to customers across the United States. Here is exactly what to expect once you place an order.
Free U.S. Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum-order requirements and no hidden handling fees at checkout.
Order Processing
In-stock items are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Times
- In-stock tack and accessories: 3 to 7 business days after processing.
- Saddles and made-to-order items: because many saddles are built or finished to order, please allow 1 to 3 weeks. The estimated lead time is shown on each product page.
Tracking
Every shipment includes carrier tracking. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order, contact us and we will look into it right away.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx and USPS, selected based on the size and weight of your order.
